Our Mission

The goal of the diversity team is to support the corporate key initiative "Build the Franchise" by creating a culture for success. This positions Lubrizol to optimize company resources and respond to the changing workforce and business environment. Through gap identification and strategy development, the team supports the Manager of Diversity who provides the focus for Lubrizol's diversity initiative.
